Conflict Resolution

More than ever, student conduct professionals are often asked to address a multitude of conflicts yet only have the resources for traditional adjudication.  Celebrating the 2020 anniversary of Reframing Campus Conflict, the Conflict Resolution Track is designed to offer participants an exploration of the Spectrum of Conflict Resolution. Specifically, the Conflict Resolution track will provide theoretical foundations and practical applications in pathways ranging from Conflict Coaching and Shuttle Negotiation to Social Justice Mediation and Restorative Justice circles/conferences. The Conflict Resolution track is designed for professionals from institutions looking to bolster their conflict resolution services as well as professionals from institutions where a structured conflict resolution program may currently not be possible.
