Abstract
This mini track provides recommendations for what should be covered during conduct board training. The training will include topics to cover, ways to engage with boards effectively, and how to use in-service sessions during the year to cover additional training needed. We will provide examples of training exercises that both teach and engage. We will also cover onboarding and expectations you should set with hearing board members. The training will also connect training back to the ASCA Procedural Guide. This mini track is appropriate for professionals responsible for conduct board oversight and facilitation, as well as those seeking to strengthen their institution’s student conduct hearing board processes.
