Abstract
This track will help you transform your approach to Title IX Informal Resolutions. This interactive mini-track focuses on how to frame your district/institution’s informal resolution program. We will explore “how-tos” of Informal Resolutions and consider tough informal resolution situations. The presenters will go beyond the basics to provide a comprehensive look at the promising practices, benefits, challenges, and real-world application of the Informal Resolution process. Participants will engage in thought-provoking discussions, meaningful role-playing, and active and practical skill development to build the specialized skills required for effective facilitation and resolution. Whether you are a Title IX Coordinator or a student conduct officer, this session will provide you with the knowledge and skills to implement a compliant, care-focused Informal Resolution process on your campus.
