Community Colleges are unique institutions that meet a plethora of needs in higher education. This mini-track will focus on issues specific to open enrollment institutions and layer the nuances of the community college environment onto the foundational knowledge of behavior-focused work.

**It is highly recommended that participants have minimally completed the Gehring Academy Foundations of Professional Practice track prior to participating in this mini-track.
