The Director/Senior Conduct Officer track is a four-day intensive focused on advanced issues and topics germane to today’s leaders in student conduct. This track is most relevant for Chief Conduct Administrators, Dean of Students, SSAOs, and others who already have multiple years of experience in student conduct. The track will utilize brief lectures on advanced topic areas, but will focus on small group activities, seminar, and case studies. Previously, topics in this track have included: campus protests, free speech, mental health, online/digital behavior, assessment, sexual misconduct, working with minors, restorative practices, DEI, campus climate, supervision, social media, policy and compliance, etc.
